PUDO locker delivery is free and typically takes 3-7 working days. Courier Guy door-to-door delivery costs R150 and typically takes 2-5 working days. Please ensure your chosen PUDO locker or physical address is accurate, as SPHOSCENTS is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details.
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a seal has been opened, except where a product is faulty or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
Reseller pricing and wholesale terms are available to approved resellers only. A once-off joining fee applies to new sellers, as outlined on our Become a Seller page.
